Conduct a market analysis of potential contractors and related professional services for construction of RES projects in different areas of Boralex business in the US and Canada;
Support Project Delivery team if needed with solving issues and disagreements with contractors during projects execution;
Contribute to the growth of a company that’s actively involved in energy transition.
Establish and maintain relationship with potential contractors, identify and seek competitive advantages within partnership with reputable industry players.

Organize work of the team dedicated to BOP and professional services procurement
Lead preparation of RFIs and RFPs for BOP in line with Boralex’ standards, organize and manage commercial evaluation of contractors’ proposal with multi-disciplinary team composed of specialists from engineering, construction, development, project delivery, finance and other teams.
Coordinate relationship with engineering companies, lead commercial negotiation and conduct MSA
Add your talent to an agile work team.
Act as a Liaison between H&S team and procurement assuring all contract compliance with H&S standard; organize qualification of contractors and providers to Boralex H&S requirements;
Work with development, project delivery, engineering and construction teams on building assumptions for new project bids.
Lead work with contractors to support Boralex CSR strategy;
Together with multi-disciplinary team conduct contract agreements negotiations with contractors and obtain approvals from different administrative bodies for contracts signing.

Good project-management skills and experience in it:
Bachelor’s or Master`s degree in civil engineering or equivalent;
Experience working in or with global international business;
Experience in leading contract negotiation and of contracts with value more than 20 mln;
From 8 years of experience in construction industry, on position of project manager, proposal manager or equivalent experience
High level of negotiation skills;
Established professional network among construction industry in North America.
