Contribute to project delivery planning, risk assessments, and resource allocation.
Contribute to the strategic delivery of projects and innovation in water treatment.
Oversee planning, execution, and documentation of commissioning activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
Supervise MEICA (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation) systems commissioning.
Manage start-up procedures, performance testing, and troubleshooting of water treatment systems.
Work with a global team of experts in sustainable water solutions.
Coordinate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure seamless transition from construction to operation.
Lead and manage commissioning activities for water infrastructure projects, including desalination, wastewater, and industrial water treatment plants.
Provide technical assistance and training to operations staff.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Support tender preparation, including technical input, methodology, commissioning strategies, and resource planning.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met.

Strong understanding of automation and control systems.
Degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
Experience in tendering and project delivery within water infrastructure.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Willingness and ability to travel across Australia as required.
Experience working with EPC contractors or water utilities.
Hands-on experience managing subcontractors.
Strong communication, documentation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex technical environments.
Minimum 15 years of experience in water infrastructure projects, with at least 5 years in commissioning management roles.
Proven experience with shutdowns, commissioning and on-site coordination.
Familiarity with commissioning software and documentation tools.
