Represent Lucid at industry events and forums
Apply technical excellence across Electrical Services design
Attend site inspections and project meetings, including preparation and review of reports and minutes
Train and supervise graduate engineers assisting on projects under your direction
Manage teams, collaborate within multidisciplinary design teams, and provide direction to junior engineers
Prepare fee proposals and contribute to project bids
Utilise your organisational capability and engaging approach to successfully deliver projects
Conduct QA reviews on Electrical deliverables in line with Lucid’s QA policy
Interface with clients and contractors across active projects
Can manage projects across the full design life cycle through to construction and practical completion
Shows a thorough understanding of regulations, Australian Standards, and the National Construction Code
Can independently manage discipline elements across projects
Holds an Australian-recognised Engineering degree or relevant trade background
Brings diverse project experience, with Health and/or Defence experience highly regarded
Demonstrates strong problem-solving capability
Holds Australian citizenship
Holds relevant registrations (CPEng, NER, RPEQ or QBCC Designers Licence)
Has excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Has a minimum of 3–4 years’ Electrical Engineering experience
Has experience with engineering modelling software including CAD and Revit
