Maintain accurate project documentation to support audits, records requests, and final closeout.
Assist Project Managers, Construction Managers, and team members with document-related needs.
Prepare and issue transmittals in PMWeb; locate and retrieve records as needed.
Process, distribute, retrieve, and archive all project-related documents in PMWeb and hard-copy systems.
Scan, index, link, and maintain electronic records for internal ADG teams and external stakeholders including city agencies, consultants, and contractors.
Lead document control efforts for assigned projects and provide training to new team members when designated.
Participate in project meetings as required.
Ensure timely processing in accordance with project schedules and deadlines.
Prepare documentation for administrative records and final retention packages.
Manage distribution workflows for correspondence, technical submittals, RFIs, reports, plans, specifications, and related documents.
Support workflow setup, approval routing, and documentation requirements in PMWeb.

5–10 years of experience in document processing and data management.
Experience with enterprise Document Control systems preferred; PMWeb and Documentum highly desirable.
Proven reliability, consistency, and accuracy in document processing.
Skilled in both hardcopy and electronic documentation workflows.
Must be able to lift/move boxes up to 40 lbs.
Ability to work effectively with staff at all technical and professional levels.
