Sewer Technician (Residential)

Description

The Residential Sewer Technician role centers on residential sewer services, requiring collaboration with dispatch, management, parts, and installation teams while upholding professional standards and maintaining a clean, well‑stocked company truck.

• Diagnose and repair residential drain systems.
• Guide customers to confident purchasing decisions.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, manager, parts, and installation crews.
• Keep the company truck clean and inventory up‑to‑date.
• Accurately complete paperwork and join the on‑call rotation.

Requirements

• Maintain a professional appearance and a clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years residential sewer technician experience.
• At least 1 year operating a mini excavator.
• Proficient in hydro‑jetting, rodding, and video inspection of sewers.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a positive team environment.
• Pass background check and drug test; military experience welcome.
