Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and workflow to meet project timelines.
Oversee troubleshooting, and repair of commercial HVAC systems.
Represent Dynaire professionally and ethically in all business activities.
Maintain accurate field documentation, reports, and timekeeping.
Communicate effectively with project managers, GC/owner representatives, and customers.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, plans, and work orders.
Coach technicians and maintain high workmanship and safety standards.
Identify scope issues, risks, or delays early and escalate when needed.
Lead and schedule HVAC technicians on commercial and residential projects.

Requirements

5+ years

EPA 608 Certification (Universal preferred).
Trade/vocational HVAC training preferred.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
3 years leading or supervising field crews.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to read mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Proficiency with RTUs, split systems, VRF, ventilation, and hydronic equipment.
Familiarity with national, state, and local mechanical codes.
Ability to work in ceilings, rooftops, mechanical rooms, and confined spaces.
Five or more years of commercial HVAC service experience.
