Develop and update digital content adhering to the CTS standards of quality and consistency, that solves specific customer challenges
Design, Build, Maintain strategic fast track onboarding service catalog and coaching catalog to increase customer success and new product adoption
Help customers increase Autodesk Solutions usage and consumption.
Deliver technical guidance based on best practices.
Help customers reduce deployment and onboarding time.
Support customer discovery and delivery of assisted onboarding sessions.
Act as a technical trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers adopt and achieve business outcomes using Autodesk technology
Collaborate across multiple with internal teams to drive deployment efforts with customers.
Curate and create assets to support fast track onboarding services for Architectural, Civil Engineering and Construction and Autodesk AECO Product Solutions.

Expert knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Civil3D and/or Autodesk Construction Cloud in a production Environment
Proven ability to be flexible and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate subject matter expertise of the Autodesk AECO solutions.
Strong content creator for both internal and customer facing audiences
Additional knowledge of Autodesk Platform Solutions, Dynamo, Generative design a bonus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex technical details coherently to a live or virtual audience
Advanced knowledge of Architectural, Construction and Engineering industry needs and workflows
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers
Strong communicator in English and able to build relationship at all levels
5 – 6 years Architecture, Civil Engineering & Construction or related field experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architectural, Civil or Construction engineering
Able to manage several projects at a time, setting the right priorities
Team player who enjoys supporting and interacting with other members of a shared responsibility team
