Tasks

-Handle the logistics induction of new staff at the workplace (qualifications, tests, contracts, insurance, car assignment, delivery of work equipment, booking flight tickets to the destination country, hotel reservations, etc). -Exhaustive control of the maximum spending on each project. -Give continuous support to 20 - 25 employees, both Spanish and English speakers. -Manage of budgets, contracts with clients and invoices. -Responsible for the VISA & Legal requirements follow-up for new employees (documentation, legal counselling, embassy appointments, etc.)

What You Bring

- Language and Level Required: English, High-Intermediate (B2), Advanced C1 (Must), Spanish (Native) (Must), French High-Intermediate (B2), Advanced C1 (Ideal). -Interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities. -Availability to travel to the USA. -Knowledge of Business Central Software (not a must) or similar software. -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Business, or a similar field. -Full support and resolution of any incident with the employees in charge (at any time). -Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (must) -A Minimum of 2 years of experience managing projects related to logistics, operations and staff.
