Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing company wide events.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely support and ensuring a positive employee experience.
Develop and maintain a central repository of training materials, guides, and resources for employees.
Support key initiatives, including Succession Planning, Leadership Programs, and other people focused programs.
Design, update, and maintain materials and resources to support P&C initiatives.
Generate and analyze reports and dashboards using Excel and HRIS tools.
Provide administrative support for people programs, including documentation, compliance tracking, and process improvements.
Translate data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations that support decision-making.
Prepare and format presentations and other materials to support P&C initiatives and leadership needs.
Coordinate and contribute to the successful delivery of talent development initiatives.

Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
Proven written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
2+ years of experience in a P&C Coordinator or similar role.
Proven interpersonal skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
