The Sunrun Legal Team is looking for an experienced Senior Contract Manager to support commercial, project finance, and corporate matters under attorney supervision. The role involves managing documentation, transaction checklists, closing mechanics, and governance relationships across the organization. Collaboration with internal legal staff, outside counsel, and various stakeholders is essential.
- 4–7 years experience in commercial, finance, or corporate contract management or paralegal role.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; law firm and in‑house experience a plus.
- Active notary public commission highly preferred.
- Strong organizational, detail‑oriented, and communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, and CLM software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines.
- Problem‑solving mindset with proactive process improvement.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and build trust with stakeholders.

The position is open to remote candidates, with a preference for locations in San Francisco or Lehi, Utah, and offers a salary range of $72,595.34 to $96,793.79.
