  • Support public meetings, grant applications, and funding strategies as needed
  • Design and develop municipal infrastructure projects related to water, wastewater, stormwater, and utility systems
  • Assist with project management tasks including budget tracking, scheduling, and reporting
  • Prepare construction drawings, technical specifications, cost estimates, and permitting documents
  • Collaborate with clients, regulatory agencies, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance and alignment with project goals
  • Conduct field investigations and condition assessments to support system evaluations and project development
  • Mentor junior engineering staff and support professional development
  • Contribute to hydraulic modeling, infrastructure rehabilitation plans, and utility coordination efforts

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • EIT preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and familiarity with hydraulic modeling software
  • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal design standards and permitting requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
  • At least 3+ years of experience in municipal water and utility infrastructure projects
