A natural ability to lead from the front – selling and closing while inspiring others to do the same.

A background in the B2B energy market, ideally with experience at a competitor.

Proven experience in outbound telephone sales.

A strong track record of recruiting, training, and developing salespeople.

This is not a role for someone who wants to simply “manage.” We’re looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in outbound sales, loves the buzz of closing deals, and has the skills to recruit, coach, and inspire a team of sales professionals.
