We are seeking a Project Supervisor to join our team in Little Rock, AR. In this role you will oversee day‑to‑day and overall project timelines, route work daily to field crews based on locates and due dates, and manage field resources to address individual job complications.
The Project Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily and overall project schedules, routing work to crews based on locates and due dates, and managing resources to resolve job complications. Additional duties include maintaining inventory and records, ensuring compliance with industry and OSHA regulations, processing material orders, handling damage claim investigations, conducting site surveys, and enforcing safe work practices among all team members.
Candidates must have at least three years of industry experience with a proven record as a project and people leader, the ability to mentor and set measurable performance standards, and adherence to OSHA safety regulations and required certifications. The role also demands the capability to safely operate a vehicle while pulling a trailer, lift up to 70 pounds, work in outdoor and confined environments across all weather conditions, and possess a valid government‑issued photo ID, driver’s license, and pass pre‑employment screenings.
TAK provides a full‑time position with weekly pay and a salary range of $60K‑$70K annually, depending on experience.
