- Mentor and enforce engineering process rigor (first-time right culture, quality checks/milestones and change management)
- Plan, organize and execute on STATCOM technology and engineering localization for India market
- Seek and deploy Continuous Improvement and Process improvement opportunities
- Projects’ engineering KPIs (on-time delivery, quality and cost)
- Validate Projects’ resource needs and work estimations, maintain healthy resource portfolio (capacity forecasting and recruitment)

- Good negotiation skills and ability to influence multiple stakeholders
- ME / M Tech in Electrical Engineering or another relevant field
- Leadership through clear priority deployment, team skills/capability development and building our future strategic roadmap
- Preferably 15+ years’ experience in engineering and with minimum 7 years of experience in people supervision
- Experience from Substation/Grid connected technology and projects, eg. FACTS, HVDC
- Strong prioritizing and time management skills
- Fluent written and oral skills in English
- Knowledge in development/application of engineering processes and continuous improvement
