On job sites: exposure to outdoor weather, heights, moving mechanical parts, and high noise levels
Frequent lifting, positioning, pushing, and pulling of materials
Must be reliable, honest, and safety-focused
High school diploma or GED required
Must be able to climb, crouch, kneel, and navigate tight or elevated spaces
Prolonged standing, walking, and movement across uneven surfaces
Clear and professional communication skills
Experience working on construction sites preferred
EPA Certification a plus
Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
3–5 years of hands-on HVAC experience, preferably in commercial settings
Comfortable working in various weather conditions and on active construction sites
Occasional desk work and computer use
Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with a range of HVAC equipment
In office: typical lighting, climate control, and moderate noise levels
Must be physically present at job sites as required by project demands
