Providing holiday cover for Telford store coordinator when required
Supporting with organising accommodation for Field Service Engineers
Arranging any hire equipment needed for Field Service Engineers to carry out task
Assisting with planning on site works and co-ordination of Field Service Engineers
Responsibility for managing the supply of lubricating oil and removal of used oil and coolant from the Flexible Generation sites
Assisting store coordinator with incoming and outgoing goods
Assisting Store Coordinator with incoming/outgoing goods, using lifting equipment where required (full training will be given), checking off delivery notes and adding items to stock in the warehouse.
Assisting the support desk with incoming telephone calls and email
Managing calibration records and arrange equipment testing
Assisting store coordinator with any part orders and returns, keeping all records up to date
Creating service tickets and allocate to engineers as required
Generating purchase orders for equipment/sub-contractors as requested, track parts deliveries with suppliers
Supporting and ensuring planned maintenance tasks are kept up to date
Assisting the service support coordinator with engineers van stock takes
Liaising with sub-contractors as requested and filing job reports in a timely manner
