- A successfully completed 4- year Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field of study from an accredited college or university is considered the minimum education requirements for the position
- Proven ability to interact effectively and professionally with Building Department and Jurisdictional entities
- Extensive knowledge and experience of residential architectural design, production homebuilding, and Building Code and Building Department regulations and requirements
