-Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors and stakeholders -Tracking of project expenditure against budget -Responsible for lodging progress claims -Negotiate agreements striving for win win outcomes -Letting & vetting of sub-contractor packages

What You Bring

-Able to work in a team environment and drive outcomes -Main Contractor experience is a must -Ability to communicate effectively -Ideally have 1-2 years experience with a commercial builder as a Contract Administrator
