Lead Engineer - PMO Support

Description

• Follow up the progress for the software release.
• Facilitate Weekly Regular Meeting for software development team.
• Manage action items
• Manage software release schedule.
• Report on the status regularly and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain support workflow with stakeholders, FAE, Sales, Marketing.
• Manage development progress & follow up software development team.
• Track the progress of requirements review.
• Facilitate the meeting in English/Japanese
• Track the project risks mentioned in report by the development team
• Issue management by using the system. And following up the progress of the issue.
• Track the customer contract status
• Define and maintain software release flow and responsible person with Marketing and Sales.
• to work effectively with Development/marketing/sales in Japanese/English
• Align the requirement definition schedule with Marketing and SW development teams.
• Manage the priority of the issues with Marketing team.
• Create and maintain Support Structure with software development team.

Requirements

• Experience using project management tools such as JIRA , Confluence.
