Lead the design and analysis of subsea structures such as Jumpers, Spools, PLETs, PLEMs, Manifolds, Suction Anchors Piles, and shallow foundations
Assist/supervise all technical and operational aspects of the project.
Write technical reports summarizing the analysis results and conclusions in accordance with department work instructions and procedures
Ensure the subsea structure designs meet the industrial standards including DNV, ASME and API.
Perform pipeline / flowline design and analyses related to pipeline / flowline route selection, wall thickness design, on-bottom stability, free span, lateral buckling, and walking.
Review of subsea structure reports and subsea structure vendor documents in green field projects, brownfield projects, as well as life extension projects.
Responsible for the concept selection, detailed finite analysis and design, fabrication support, and installation support for the subsea structural equipment.
Perform subsea riser design and analysis related to rigid / flexible riser strength analysis, fatigue analysis, and interference analysis.

Expertise in strength and fatigue analysis with Finite Element Analysis packages ABAQUS, ANSYS, SACS, AutoPIPE, CAESAR II, and OrcaFlex
Project experience in the areas of subsea pipeline / flowline design and analysis, i.e., pipeline wall thickness design, pipeline route selection, pipe-in-pipe bulkhead, on bottom stability, free span, and lateral buckling.
Project experiences of offshore installation of subsea structures, subsea pipelines / flowlines, and subsea risers.
Project experience in the areas of subsea rigid risers /flexible risers design and analysis, i.e., rigid riser wall thickness calculation, strength analysis, fatigue analysis (including wave induced fatigue analysis, VIM fatigue analysis, VIV fatigue analysis), and interference analysis.
Expertise in the areas of design and analysis of subsea structures, i.e., subsea tie-in spool pieces, subsea flexible / rigid jumpers, suction anchors, subsea PLEMs / PLETs, and subsea manifolds.
Work in a multidisciplinary study/project environment where communication with other discipline engineers and organizational management is key to the success of the projects.
Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
Candidate should have strong problem-solving abilities to come up with creative solutions.
Expert knowledge with industrial standards such as ASME, DNV, API, AISC, API and ISO codes
Proficient with programming using Python, Mathcad, Excel Macros, MATLAB, Fortran, and C/C++.
Ph. D in Applied / Engineering Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Material Engineering with 15 plus years of Industry Experience.
