Community Manager

Description

• Monitor Redstone KPIs on‑site.
• Manage property within the approved operating budget and oversee lease‑up.
• Develop and coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and retention goals.
• Collect rent, manage delinquency, and ensure timely payments.
• Collaborate with staff in an entrepreneurial environment to enhance resident experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with campus and community resources.
• Provide outstanding customer service through staff training and performance evaluations.
• Submit weekly and monthly operational reports to Redstone.
• Lead projects ranging from marketing initiatives to construction efforts.
• Inspire team members to high performance and deliver constructive feedback.

Requirements

• Require 3+ years in student housing or multifamily property management and 2+ years as a property manager.
• Demonstrate a client‑ready professional demeanor and ownership of budget/P&L responsibilities.
• Ability to multitask, manage projects under pressure, and quickly learn technology (Google Apps, Microsoft Office; Entrata a plus).

Benefits

The Community Manager is the top site‑level position, reporting to the Regional Manager and responsible for all aspects of property operation. This full‑time, exempt role offers a base salary of $85,000 per year with the opportunity to earn up to an additional 20 % in performance bonuses and is eligible for the company’s benefits package.
