Based on site in the Western Suburbs of Sydney – Luddenham to be precise, you will work closely with Senior HR Managers to support the HR function for the JV, offering guidance on performance, conduct, leave, and wellbeing while ensuring JV policy compliance, and oversee employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, performance, disciplinary issues while ensuring JV HR compliance and escalating high-risk cases.

You’ll ensure compliance with parent company policies and client requirements while driving workforce mobilisation, employee relations, and daily HR operations to maintain an engaged and compliant site workforce.
