Secure and maintain all necessary land and resource permits and approvals from various government bodies in Alberta.

Representing Amrize at various public and governmental functions.
Lead negotiations for agreements with external third parties to develop and maintain businesses, as well as managing the leasing of Amrize land assets to maximize income and limit liabilities.
Ensure compliance with existing permits and leading the business in the use of Best Practices for land and resource management, including coordinating with regional teams on reserve quantification, mining, and reclamation activities.
Manage aggregate resources, roadbuilding, or municipal government is required, particularly with local land regulations and provincial/local permitting.
Develope and maintain positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders is crucial, including provincial and municipal governments, First Nations, local communities, landowners, and neighbours. This ensures smooth operations and upholds Amrize's industry leadership.

Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.

Experience in managing consultant services, including preparing scope of services and maintaining schedules.
