Hold a degree in Civil Engineering.
Full Clean Driving License.
Be proficient in the use of computers in relation to document handling and production of reports.
Attention to detail and the ability to comply with Quality Assurance Management Systems are essential.
Have a satisfactory knowledge of civil engineering works, building construction, and project management.
Have experience in the construction of water/wastewater treatment plants, pipelines, pumping stations, deep excavations, marine outfalls, civil structures, or similar works.
Excellent communication skills, coordination, and organizational skills.
Have at least 10 years of satisfactory post-graduate experience of which at least 7 years were in on-site supervision, contract administration, and project management of civil engineering works.
Be capable of writing clear and concise reports and keeping work records.
Have a satisfactory knowledge of construction contracts.
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages such as Excel and Word.
