- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Lead pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and contract negotiations for both international and domestic clients
- Develop and execute market entry strategies, build international client relationships, and drive revenue growth across global regions.
- Conduct market research, analyse trends, and identify new opportunities for expansion

- A bachelor's degree in engineering (B.E. or B.Tech) is mandatory
- 15 to 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the Steel Segment, industrial or manufacturing sectors

- Strong experience with European customers in the solar infrastructure industry.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven track record in managing export markets
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
