Continuously identify opportunities to enhance service quality, reduce costs, and foster a strong safety culture consistent with CBRE RISE values.
Resolve complex HSE issues and ensure strict compliance with all relevant regulations and client requirements.
Lead the implementation and oversight of comprehensive HSE programs, acting as the primary subject matter expert.
Guide your team in maintaining current playbooks and procedures, ensuring effective implementation and adherence.
Proactively evaluate new and existing programs, continuously monitoring injury, illness, and incident performance to drive improvement.

A High School Diploma or GED combined with 5+ years of relevant Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) experience.

The ability to clearly articulate complex information and sensitive topics to diverse audiences.
Excellent organizational skills coupled with a master-level inquisitive mindset.
