The Director of Customer Training leads the creation and delivery of customer‑facing training programs that boost product adoption, satisfaction, and business results. This senior role manages a team of trainers, works closely with product owners, and aligns training content with both customer needs and RealPage’s strategic goals. Candidates must have deep facilitation experience, strong instructional‑design expertise, and familiarity with RealPage’s financial and data‑analytics software.
Key responsibilities include developing a comprehensive training strategy, mentoring the training team, and designing scalable programs such as webinars, workshops, certifications, and learning paths. The director also delivers high‑impact virtual and in‑person sessions, partners with product owners to keep content current, and collaborates with Customer Success, Support, Implementation, and Sales to align training with the customer lifecycle. Effectiveness is measured through KPIs, feedback, and analytics, enabling continuous improvement, while the role champions the customer’s voice in enablement initiatives.
Applicants need at least ten years of relevant experience, proven instructional‑design and adult‑learning expertise, and strong project‑management and organizational abilities. Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills are required, along with a track record of building and maintaining customer relationships. Familiarity with RealPage products—especially RealPage Accounting—financial software, and data‑analytics platforms, plus proficiency in PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom, and related tools, is essential.
The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of RealPage’s full product suite and experience in property‑management or real‑estate technology. They understand customer‑success methodologies, enablement strategies, and can convey data insights through visualization and storytelling. A background in SaaS or enterprise‑software training, relevant certifications (e.g., CPTD, ATD), and experience with change management and organizational development are also valued.
RealPage offers a competitive salary range of $121,000 to $206,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance; a retirement savings plan with company match; paid time off and holidays; professional development opportunities; and performance‑based bonuses. Compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, and certifications. The company is an equal‑opportunity employer committed to an inclusive workplace.
