  • Ensure all project files are up to date with the latest revision of the project documents.
  • Assist in the management and recording of all project costs and revenues, ensuring project variations and amendments are communicated effectively.
  • Participate in detailed handovers from the sales team.
  • Ensure client payments are received in line with the project schedule and prior to delivery.
  • Aid in clarifying outstanding specification details directly with clients following project handover from sales.
  • Collate and draught the Project O&M Files.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in project documentation and cost management.
  • Set up and maintain accurate project administration files, both paper and electronic.
  • Direct communication with MD/CEO and staff satisfaction surveys.
  • Ensure timely completion and submission of all project-specific documentation, including O&M Manuals, and quality control check sheets from the factory.
  • Partake in pre-start meetings with sales and production teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Keep project costing sheets up to date in collaboration with the Office Manager.
  • Help prepare all necessary paperwork, including Health and Safety documentation (RAMS, Lift Plans, etc.), ensuring timely submission.
  • Attend internal and external meetings as required.
