What you would be doing
daily updates

Daily update on all works that are in progress with an ETA of completion date
Ensuring that there are no duplicate jobs open impacting the overall mitigation figures
Support the project manager as required working alongside their requests
Ensure that all data capture sheets are fully completed, and the data is ready and accurate
Undertake any reasonable ad hoc projects, tasks or requests as and when requested by management
Managing active jobs
Liaise with allocated region for confirmed resource for the following week by 10am Friday
Daily update on all jobs that are out for that day and escalate to the project manager if there is any risk unable
Be aware of all Lanes Group policies and your responsibilities towards them
Have a planned date for all FOW activities

What you bring

Have solid communication skills (both written and verbal) with professional telephone and email etiquette
Have, ideally, previous experience in an administration or office coordinator role
Multi-task, prioritise, work under pressure and on own initiative
Be comfortable using Microsoft 365 and internal systems (with provided training) is preferred
Have experience in Streetworks (i.e., issuing permits...)
Have great interpersonal skills to create relationships with the team, engineers, and wider Lanes Group network and a team-player attitude
Strong attention to detail and have the ability to deal with people at different levels
