As the Commercial Graduate, you will provide vital support to the Service Operations Manager and wider team. You will be responsible for keeping office processes running efficiently, assisting with warranty claim documentation, and helping to manage procurement and stock records. This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, service staff, and customers.

• Update and maintain business systems and online platforms, including order processing tools and company databases
• Support procurement and stock management processes, including purchase orders and supplier liaison
• Coordinate logistics and service schedules when required
• Deliver day-to-day administrative support, including document control, scheduling, and data entry
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation to support service and operational teams.
• Assist with warranty claims paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance
