- Managing resident and guest enquiries
- Booking and overseeing resident amenity spaces
- Creating a community feel through communication, events, and innovations.
- Covering shifts when needed
- Logging maintenance issues and key management
- Ensure maintenance issues are prioritised and closed promptly with the FM team
- Assisting with open days, events, and security walks
- Managing parking, noise complaints, and site-wide communications
- Ensure communal areas, such as bin stores, car parks, and cycle stores, are maintained and well-kept.
- Conducting move-in/out appointments, inventories, and meter readings
- Conducting viewings of the building and the apartments with potential residents
- Maintaining tidy and presentable amenity spaces
- Coordinate and manage tenancy inspections, mid-term and at move-out

- Strong understanding of on-site H&S requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as booking systems
- ARLA, IRPM, or COSHH qualifications (desirable, but training provided)
- £28,124 per annum
