As the HVAC Install Lead you will guide and mentor apprentices, plan, assign, and oversee installation work with quality control, perform residential and light commercial installs to specifications, codes, and safety standards, ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication, and maintain inventory, tools, and accurate paperwork.
The ideal candidate holds a valid Journeyman license with a limited or unlimited mechanical endorsement, a clean driver’s license, strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability, professional appearance and punctuality, solid knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation methods, and can read technical instructions and use scheduling and timekeeping software while being a flexible team player.
