We are seeking a talented plasterer to join our repairs and maintenance team. You will work across responsive and void properties, ensuring jobs are completed correctly the first time and delivering walls that are smoother than a jazz playlist. The role offers a down‑to‑earth, friendly crew and the chance to see your work make a lasting impact.
The role works Monday to Friday with an additional on‑call rota for out‑of‑hours service. You must hold a full, current driving licence as a company van will be provided, and be comfortable using technology to access scheduled jobs. A basic DBS and health check are required, and the base of operations is in Welwyn Garden City.
- Hold NVQ Level 2 City & Guilds (or equivalent) qualification in plastering.
- Have experience in domestic housing plastering and be multi‑skilled in other trades.
- Possess a full, current driving licence and be able to operate a company van.

The position is permanent, full‑time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with a salary of £37,445 per annum plus an on‑call rota allowance. Please note that a Certificate of Sponsorship cannot be offered.
