Reviews project financials including Project Status Report (PSR); updates financials monthly and identifies any potential issues to manager for review and action.
RFIs to the project team in order to resolve technical questions related to the estimate.
Organizes, coordinates and manages required staff resources to complete estimate report deliverables.
Reviews deliverables for completeness and provides overall quality assurance check prior to issuance of report. Reviews benchmark information and provides global check of reports. Summarizes variances and identifies key estimate cost drivers for project team review.
Provides guidance to all staff involved in estimate and compiles, issues and follows up on
Acts as lead interface with client and related project team members and plans for scope of the project based on client expectations, WBS requirements and requested deliverable formats. Sets up project in CATO with agreed upon format.
