This position is based in New York, NY and requires regular on-site presence.
6+ years of experience in façade consulting, restoration, or building envelope architecture.
OSHA 10, 4-Hour Supported Scaffold, and 16-Hour Suspended Scaffold certifications (required or to be obtained upon hire).
Strong knowledge of exterior wall systems, construction practices, and materials.
Familiarity with DOB/FISP processes, NYC Building Code, and preservation standards.
Registered Architect (RA)
NYC Special Inspection Certifications (Masonry, Structural Steel, Post-Installed Anchors, etc.).
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects.
Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.
