Partners with hiring managers to ensure effective and timely posting of positions.
Participates as an active member of the Human Resources team
Plans and develops comprehensive outreach programs; including design, organize, prepare distribution of publications and visual presentations
Participates in strategic employment marketing and branding initiatives
Provides logistical support for hiring manager training on Applicant Tracking System and Interviewing.
Participates in job fairs, local college/university recruitment, and social media recruiting
Plan, coordinate and attend industry and college, recruiting events to promote RK career path and opportunities at all levels based on audience
Responsible for compliance/audit initiatives; including but not limited to: AAP, EEO, OFCCP
Provides professional communication and interaction in person, on the phone and through email
Design and execute programs targeted at high school, trade school, community college students to educate students in trades as a career and career paths available
Builds and maintains strong relationships with counsellors, professors, advisors and career centers in selected community colleges and Universities to promote internship program and facilitate direct hire upon graduation
Develops and maintains strong relationships with business operators, HR operations staff and educational/community partners.
This person is the point of contact and TA subject matter expert to assigned business operations.
Partners with the Office of Economic Development, Workforce Investment Boards, Workforce Centers to promote RK
Serves as subject matter expert on external and internal hiring process and system.
Plan, coordinate and attend industry, trade and high school recruiting events to promote RK career path and opportunities at all levels based on audience
Develop Community College relationships to influence and support the design of curriculum to support RK hiring needs
Makes decisions independently regarding complexities and methods.
Engages in compliant hiring practices and partner with TA Director to ensure hiring manager compliance
Engages applicants in a friendly and professional manner consistent with RK values; provide support to walk-in, electronic and telephone candidates.
Provides support to HR Staff regarding staffing levels, TA programs, candidate support
Executes customized yet coordinated TA strategy under direction of the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Network within industry contacts, trade members and associations for the recruitment of top talent
Drive RK brand awareness through participation and attendance at non hiring related community events
Responsible for filling staffing needs on assigned requisitions including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, selection and application processing through the applicant tracking system
Establishes and maintains ongoing relationships with educational counsellors, teachers, advisors and career centers in high school, trade school, community colleges to promote the trades as a career option
