- Keep a diary of events and activities under your control, including systems inspected, documents reviewed, and any decision made by authorities on site.
- Independently conduct site inspections in selected discipline
- Produce documentation to a high standard, including site observation reports
- Monitor installation, submittals and use of engineering tools adhering to project and commissioning guidelines
- Participate in meetings and workshops regarding discipline when required
- Provide support to the project by delivering commissioning services in line with the high-standards clients of AESG have come to expect.
- Track completion of tasks, prepare lookaheads and trackers for project milestones
- Review design information, tolerances and agreed methods of working
- As part of a multi-discipline project team representing AESG, conduct site inspections and verify the tested results are correct.
- Assist with reviewing project documentation for compliance with project specifications and industry codes of practice
- Report issues found to senior team members in a clear, accurate and concise manner
- Carry outside observations with respect to quality of installation

Commence taking on elements of team management in sub projects. Demonstrable experience in managing a small team of 2 or more, on live projects, or mentoring junior team members / graduates.
Ability to independently represent the company in a client facing role and manage Client satisfaction.
Excellent communication and listening skills. Collaborate on projects, share insights, and coordinate efforts across departments.
DEMONSTRATED KNOWLEDGE BASE AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLSET
Buy-in to corporate and divisional strategy. Ability to assist various divisions in developing business opportunities.
Demonstrated industry experience on a wide range of related project types, proven ability to efficiently manage project deadlines.
