The IFM Retail Director role offers full remote flexibility with up to 30 % strategic travel and a preference for candidates based in the Midwest to align with our primary portfolio concentration. In this position you will lead the transformation of North America’s largest retail facilities portfolio—over 10 million sq ft across more than 1,800 sites—while building and inspiring a geographically diverse team of facilities and engineering professionals.
We are looking for candidates with a bachelor’s degree or higher and at least ten years of experience managing retail facilities, including proven managerial experience of a team of senior facilities managers. Strong background in retail banking or technology environments, outstanding client‑relationship and strategic‑execution skills, and solid knowledge of commercial leases, building systems, CMMS and financial budgeting are required.
The position follows a Monday‑Friday day shift with on‑call responsibilities after hours, offering a salary of $150,000 + depending on experience and location. It does not provide visa sponsorship and is open to candidates authorized to work in the United States. Remote work is available in Chicago, Indianapolis, Milwaukee, or Minneapolis.
