Drawing & Deliverable Oversight – Review and approve one-lines, wiring diagrams, panel schedules, equipment layouts, conduit/cable schedules, and load lists.
Review Gate Support – Lead the electrical portion of 30/60/90% reviews and participate in internal/external design reviews.
Technical Design Leadership – Provide overall direction for electrical design, ensuring adherence to NEC, safety codes, and client specifications.
Constructability & Field Interface – Collaborate with the Director of Construction to ensure designs are constructible, code-compliant, and cost-effective.
Quality & Compliance – Enforce rigorous QA/QC on electrical deliverables, ensuring compliance with NEC and regulatory standards.
Mentorship & Development – Guide electrical designers and drafters; provide training on NEC compliance and design best practices.
Standardization – Develop and maintain reusable design templates, calculations, and checklists to ensure scalability and consistency across EPC projects.

10+ years of electrical design experience in oil & gas, midstream, or industrial infrastructure.
