Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field; P.eng designation is considered an asset.
Proficient in project management principles, including budget and schedule control.
Minimum 12 years in the heavy civil infrastructure construction sector or a related field, with at least 5 years of supervisory or management experience in bid management.
Strong judgement, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Progressive Design and Build (PDB) models and other contractual structures for rail and transit projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, and Outlook packages).
Knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements for passenger rail transit projects.
Expertise in preparing bid proposals for complex mega civil projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
