Clerical Services Supervisor

Description

• Manage day-to-day office activities and motivate the team to achieve goals
• Delegate tasks and conduct training to maximise team potential
• Ensure all team and management training is completed and up to date
• Report to the Operations Manager and deliver tasks as required
• Monitor service delivery against contract requirements
• Maintain accurate records of working hours and absenteeism
• Carry out half-year and annual appraisals
• Ensure welfare for military personnel is delivered to a high standard
• Interview for vacancies within the team when required
• Prepare for and conduct military audits to achieve compliance
• Develop and implement timelines to meet targets
• Complete mandatory stats and audits
• Ensure adherence to A1 Assurance standards for military admin and processes
• Liaise with First Line Management and military customers to ensure smooth operations

• Experience leading and managing a team
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Confident using Microsoft Office and MOD-specific IT systems
• Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
