As part of a team, provide comprehensive support and deep expertise in federal acquisitions to a nascent federal organization with a broad mandate to drive transformational change across a cabinet-level agency. Collaborate directly with senior-level clients in a fast‑paced environment to shape and execute strategy, covering stakeholder engagement, internal operations, communications, and program execution.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and possess 7–10 years of professional experience in at least two of the listed areas. Required expertise includes a strong understanding of the federal acquisition lifecycle, experience leading department‑wide initiatives, and the ability to create and deliver C‑suite‑level strategic communications and visuals. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and executive‑presence skills are essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational abilities to juggle multiple projects and ad‑hoc requests, proficiency with the MS Office suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel), and familiarity with data‑analysis and visualization tools are valued. Intellectual curiosity and a problem‑solving instinct further strengthen a candidate’s profile.
