Engage and audit supply chain partners to ensure alignment with Kier's Heath and Safety standards.
Manage HS&W resources and contribute to strategic safety planning.
Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments in line with Kier standards.
Drive the Kier Behavioural Safety Programme and promote Safe Systems of Work.
Develop and review Construction Phase Plans and Environmental Management Plans.
Guide and support on-site SHE advisors and the wider delivery team.
Compile and present reports for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Lead and manage Heath Safety and Wellbeing across the project lifecycle, from early planning to completion.

CSCS Card
In-depth knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations and their practical application.
Professional membership: Minimum Tech IOSH (GradIOSH or CMIOSH desirable).
Strong understanding of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards.
Demonstrated ability to drive behavioural safety initiatives and embed safety culture.
Proven track record managing Health & Safety in large-scale construction or engineering environments.
NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management.
Driving Licence.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver training and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
