Requirements

Qualified candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred) and an EIT certification is strongly preferred. Required skills include proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, strong technical ability, quick learning of new tools, and competence in Microsoft Office; MicroStation knowledge is a plus. The position demands strong written and oral communication, the ability to work under strict schedule constraints, independent or team collaboration, self‑starting problem‑solving attitude, basic engineering theory knowledge, and a valid driver’s license with personal transportation.
