As a Marketing Executive, you will play an important role in raising the visibility of Newman Stewart and generating interest in our services. You will create engaging content, support multichannel campaigns and make effective use of best-in-class technology and AI enabled tools to enhance the reach, relevance and performance of our marketing activity.
- Use AI enabled tools to research topics, generate content ideas and optimise messaging for improved reach and performance.
- Create high quality written content including blogs, social posts, email campaigns and thought leadership that positions Newman Stewart as a trusted expert.
- Contribute new ideas that support brand development, campaign performance and marketing efficiency.
- Assist with website updates and work with external partners when required to support design or technical tasks.
- Maintain accurate and organised marketing records within our CRM and associated platforms.
- Monitor the performance of content and campaigns, track engagement metrics and provide reports with recommendations.
- Collaborate with Consultants and Directors to produce case studies, client success stories and market insights.
- Manage day to day activity across social media channels and help grow engagement with our target audiences.
- Support the planning and delivery of campaigns that increase brand visibility and generate inbound enquiries.
- Support the improvement of website content and structure to enhance SEO performance and organic visibility.

We are now looking to appoint a creative and digitally confident Marketing Executive to strengthen our presence in the market and support the growth of inbound enquiries through high quality content and campaigns.

This position is suited to someone with marketing experience who enjoys writing, researching, producing content and contributing new ideas. You will work closely with Consultants and Directors to communicate our expertise, share market insights and build a recognisable and credible brand presence.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Comfortable managing social media and email marketing platforms.
- Skilled in content creation with strong writing, editing and storytelling ability.
- Confident using digital and AI enabled tools to support content creation, research and campaign optimisation.
- Familiar with basic SEO principles and comfortable using tools to support keyword research and content optimisation.
- Experienced in a marketing role within a B2B or professional services environment, ideally with 2 to 5 years’ experience.
- Creative in approach and interested in testing new ideas that improve engagement and lead generation.
- Analytical and able to interpret performance data to make recommendations.
Benefits
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 + benefits (depending on experience)
