We are a 200 person organization and looking for someone who can set strategy, be hands on, and mentor a junior team – meaning, you might be directing the team during the day, but also rolling up your sleeves and working late hours on a server migration, or coming in on a weekend to perform upgrades when downtime is lowest.

We are searching for an experienced hands-on IT Manager to join our team and help our company continue to grow! We are looking for a skilled hands-on manager with experience leading IT initiatives and mentoring junior employees. This is an amazing opportunity to improve IT Policies, systems and procedures. This position is on-site in Carol Stream, IL.

  • Experience managing/developing junior IT professionals
  • VMware VCP
  • Cisco CCNA/CCNP
  • Have implemented a VMware/Infrastructure upgrade
  • Monitored/program managed an ERP implementation. We are implementing D365 and Salesforce, so we prefer someone who has overseen an ERP implementation
Benefits

Pay Range: up to $125,000 base salary annually
