The Order Management Coordinator manages orders in Oracle from opening through invoicing, ensuring revenue is accounted for within required time frames while complying with internal controls and regulations.
- Verify client contract data against internal databases to ensure correct charging.
- Monitor unbilled orders and coordinate timely resolution with internal staff.
- Review daily reports to expedite invoicing, reduce accruals, and improve DSO and bad debt.
- Respond to invoice inquiries from partners and clients.
- Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
- Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures.
- Distribute invoices according to customer requirements.
- Prepare invoices for analysis services in SLIM.
- Maintain high accuracy and timeliness in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Candidates need a High School Diploma or GED, 0‑2 years of order management or accounts receivable experience, and strong customer service background. Required skills include intermediate English, mathematical and reasoning abilities, attention to detail, organizational and time‑management capabilities, and proficiency with MS Office and Oracle/SLIM systems.
