Provide onsite training with customer or contractors to ensure that Musco products are installed correctly.
Final inspections and project close out documentation.
Provide weekly progress reports to project stakeholders.
Develop scope of work and create request for quote (RFQ) for subcontractors. Work with Musco's Sales Representative on pricing when needed.
Attend preconstruction meetings with customers, sales, and contractors to assure accurate information of installation; based on customers expectation and contractor availability, coordinate project details, installation and delivery arrangements with Sales and Engineering.
Field technical questions from all groups involved in project installation (Reps, Contractors, Customers, etc...).
Review project, identify and verify all details to be included in the scope of work.
Identify, communicate, and implement change orders; track installation and approve invoices.

Must be computer oriented. Word and Excel skills are necessary.
Strong oral and written communication skill.
Good interpersonal skills a must including the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Strong organization skills with an attention to detail.
Weekly travel required to visit projects. In general, overnight travel is two to four days a week, subject to change as demand requires. Company vehicle provided.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
Team and goal oriented.
Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a technical field preferred. Relevant work experience also to be considered as an alternative.
Ability to interpret and understand project specifications, construction, and electrical drawings.
25-35 projects managed to completion yearly.
