Participate in client and stakeholder meetings for design presentations and clarifications.
Ensure design changes are documented, approved, and implemented.
Manage design reviews to ensure compliance with contracts, regulatory, and quality standards.
Coordinate design partners, estimators, and proposal teams during RFP and pursuit phases.
Proactively identify and mitigate design risks.
Develop and manage design scopes, budgets, and schedules with the Pursuit team.
Lead coordination meetings to resolve interdisciplinary design issues.
Monitor design progress, submittals, and approvals to meet project milestones.
Communicate with design consultants on field issues and as-built documentation.
Coordinate design clarifications, revisions, and change requests with project teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of engineering design principles, construction means and methods, and contractual relationships in design-build delivery.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple design disciplines and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or pursuit of licensure preferred.
10 - 15 years of progressive experience in design-build or EPC project delivery, preferably with a general contractor or design-builder.
Proficiency with coordination and design management tools such as Bluebeam, BIM 360, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, P6 and MS Project.
Experience working on transportation or heavy civil infrastructure projects
