The manager will monitor regional land development and lead the end‑to‑end process for residential subdivisions, including feasibility studies, entitlement acquisition, design review, final platting and civil infrastructure construction. This includes coordinating with consultants, municipal officials, and civil contractors to ensure projects meet company standards and schedules.
Hayden Homes is seeking a Regional Land Development Manager for its South Washington market, covering the Tri‑Cities, Yakima, Walla Walla and Moses Lake. Candidates must be willing to relocate to the region and possess a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related construction field, or at least four years of equivalent experience. The role requires five or more years of experience in residential construction land development, civil engineering, surveying, land‑use planning, or civil construction management.
Success in this role depends on strong communication skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships, and a disciplined approach to following established processes and resolving conflicts. The candidate must be adept at prioritizing work, taking accountability for outcomes, and proactively seeking solutions to emerging challenges.
